Account Deletion

How to request deletion

Send an email to privacy@expenselyn.com from the address registered to your Expenselyn account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request and process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials (email).
• All accounts, transactions, transfers, and categories you created.
• Recurring rules, debts, savings goals, and phase settings.
• Any shared expense groups you created and your membership in others.

What is retained, and for how long

None of your personal or financial data is retained after deletion, except where we are required by law to keep certain records for a limited period (for example, to comply with legal or accounting obligations). Anonymized, aggregate data that cannot be tied back to you may be kept for internal statistics.
